Shipping Terms
1. Purchase Agreement
The purchase agreement is only finalized when the order confirmation is sent via email, as stock shortages may occur. Until this point, the order is considered an offer from the customer.
2. Shipping Time
These shipping terms apply to all purchases made through our website. Shipments are carried out from Monday to Wednesday to ensure that the plants arrive in optimal condition and are not in transit over the weekend. Once payment is received, the customer will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number within 6 hours. The package will be picked up by the courier on the next business day and delivered within 2 to 3 business days, depending on the destination.
Under this schedule, products will arrive no later than 7 days after the order is placed (if the purchase is made on a Thursday) and as early as 3 days (if the purchase is made between Sunday and Tuesday).
3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination:
- Shipping within Italy: €8.
- Shipping to Central Europe: €12.
- Free shipping for orders over €70.
4. Return and Exchange Policy
Our return policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction, with special attention to the delicate nature of living products.
- Eligible Items for Return: We accept the return of all items. However, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
- Return Period: Customers have up to 10 days from receiving the order to request a return. After this period, plants may suffer damage due to improper care.
- Special Conditions: Returned plants must be treated according to the instructions provided by Treevaset. We reserve the right to withhold a refund if the plant is returned in poor condition or if the seller’s instructions were not followed.
- Refunds: The refund amount will be processed once we receive the package. If the order included a discount, the refund will reflect the already-applied discount.
5. Force Majeure
The company is not liable for delivery delays due to force majeure, such as strikes, logistical issues, natural disasters, or other factors beyond our control.
