How long does shipping take?
EU delivery typically takes 3–4 business days.
What happens if my bonsai arrives damaged or in poor condition?
If your tree does not arrive healthy and in good condition, please contact us shortly after delivery. Once the issue is verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund in line with our Healthy Arrival Guarantee.
I’ve never had a bonsai before. How can I keep it alive?
Caring for a bonsai is easier than you think! Follow our care instructions, water it when the soil feels dry, and set a watering reminder if needed. For beginners, we recommend our Bonsai Starter Kits and placing the bonsai somewhere you’ll see it often. It’s all about consistency!
How much time does it take to care for a bonsai?
Watering is the most frequent task and usually takes less than a minute. Most of the year, watering is needed only a few times a week, though daily watering may be required in summer if your bonsai is in direct sunlight. We also suggest spending about 5 minutes a week observing your bonsai’s growth and learning to read its signals. This makes caring for it more rewarding and enjoyable!
