Friendly, helpful, replies fast — and his support doesn't end when the parcel arrives. The tree came in a true marvel of packaging, top condition, with a free substrate mix included. Even more beautiful than in the photos. Happy to buy again.
Young Pre-BonsaiAt first I hesitated to order plants shipped from Italy — but they arrived in excellent condition thanks to very careful packaging. Friendly communication and fast delivery.
Outdoor BonsaiThe courier took longer than expected, and Treevaset was extremely helpful and immediately available to resolve it. I've purchased from them multiple times and I will definitely do so again.
Young Pre-BonsaiA very promising larch with good movement and a subtle literati-style character that can be further enhanced. Arrived healthy thanks to excellent packaging. Very satisfied.
Outdoor BonsaiGreat customer service and rare ungrafted young bonsai material. Great for starting your own tree to your own taste.
Acer Palmatum CultivarsI bought the mountain pine as a special gift and it was wonderful! Arrived in perfect condition, the soil still moist — and Luca's care video for the first days is much appreciated. 100% recommended.
