Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier indicated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email) at:

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not obligatory. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the 14-day period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision. We will use the same means of payment as the initial transaction. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back.
You must send back the goods without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and characteristics.
Note on Live Plants
As these are living plants, for a safe return please repack the plant as carefully as it arrived and ship it promptly. We are not liable for deterioration caused by inadequate repackaging or delays in the return shipment attributable to the customer.
