Terms & Conditions
1. Scope
These general terms and conditions of sale govern purchases made on treevaset.com between Azienda Agricola Treevaset di Valagussa Luca (the “Seller”) and the customer (the “Customer”). By placing an order the Customer confirms having read and accepted these terms.
2. Products
The Seller sells live plants, pre-bonsai, bonsai, kits and growing accessories. As living organisms, product images are indicative: size, shape and leaf colour may vary with the season and the plant’s natural growth.
3. Formation of Contract
The display of products on the site does not constitute a binding offer. The contract is concluded when the Seller confirms the order by email. The Seller reserves the right not to accept incomplete orders or orders for unavailable products.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in Euro and include applicable taxes. Any shipping costs are shown before the order is completed. Accepted payment methods are: credit/debit card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Klarna, Bancontact and EPS.
5. Delivery
Delivery terms, times and costs are set out on the Shipping page. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer Customer upon physical delivery of the goods.
6. Right of Withdrawal
Consumer Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal, as detailed on the Right of Withdrawal & Returns page.
7. Legal Guarantee
Products are covered by the statutory legal guarantee of conformity. Given the living nature of the products, the guarantee does not cover deterioration due to inadequate care, unsuitable environmental conditions or failure to follow the growing instructions provided.
8. Governing Law
The contract is governed by Italian law. Mandatory consumer-protection provisions in force in the Customer’s country of habitual residence remain unaffected.
