Pinus Mugo Care & Information

The Mugo Pine is valued for its rugged bark and compact needles. A bonsai classic that brings the spirit of Europe’s mountains into your home.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

How long does shipping take?

EU delivery typically takes 3–4 business days

If your bonsai arrives damaged, email us at treevaset@gmail.com or Whatsapp us at +49 1578 3471124 with photos from different angles taken during unboxing. Once we verify the issue, we’ll provide a full refund or we’ll replace your bonsai.

Caring for a bonsai is easier than you think! Follow our care instructions, water it when the soil feels dry, and set a watering reminder if needed. For beginners, we recommend our Bonsai Starter Kits and placing the bonsai somewhere you’ll see it often. It’s all about consistency!

Watering is the most frequent task and usually takes less than a minute. Most of the year, watering is needed only a few times a week, though daily watering may be required in summer if your bonsai is in direct sunlight. We also suggest spending about 5 minutes a week observing your bonsai’s growth and learning to read its signals. This makes caring for it more rewarding and enjoyable!

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, Google Pay and Apple Pay payment.

Of course, if you have questions about watering, pruning, or other care needs, feel free to reach out to us. Additionally, you can book a one-on-one session with our experts if you’d like to deepen your bonsai knowledge and get personalized guidance.

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with a tracking number.
